Applied Education Model
OSTİM Technical University is established in a business and financial hub that has made remarkable contributions to Turkey's industrialization. To benefit from this extensive experience, the university places great emphasis on applied education alongside theoretical knowledge. Starting from the first year, our students receive workplace-based training to gain observation, application, innovation, and management skills in real business environments.
Entrepreneurship Report Card
The Entrepreneurship Report Card is a tracking system designed to equip OSTİM Technical University students with an entrepreneurial mindset, skills, and competencies. It evaluates each student’s performance based on predetermined or subsequently accepted entrepreneurial activities and provides incentives when certain milestones are achieved. Students who meet specific success criteria in their entrepreneurship report cards may receive rewards such as startup capital support for their designs, products, services, or projects; job opportunities in OSTİM Technopark; assistance in finding business partners; and international internship opportunities.
Courses That Make a Difference
Our faculty's academic programs include courses and activities designed to help students adapt easily to university life, support their academic progress, and foster personal development. These programs aim to cultivate active, socially responsible individuals with intellectual curiosity and cultural sensitivity. Students gain entrepreneurial competencies such as innovation implementation, commercialization, and company formation through courses like Introduction to University Life, Building the Future, and Entrepreneurship Project.
